Q: Do your teas have an expiry date?
A: Officially? Yes. Because product safety authorities demand such information on all consumable goods. Even on honey, which is known to expire… well, never. For our teas goes that they’re all just a wonderful melange of dried leaves, fruits and herbs. We recently tried a 3-year-old Arte & Zayne blend and it tasted exactly the same as it did when we first created it. So, when stored properly (dark, dry and preferably in their original containers), you can enjoy any of our blends for a long time.
Q: How many times can I pour water over one serving of your blends?
A: You can pour over new water as many times as you want. They’ll just lose some oomph with every new pour. Of course, the first brew will let you enjoy our signature teas to the fullest.
Q: Do you claim your teas have any health benefits?
A: No, we don’t. We’re only about taste.
Q: Can I take your teas abroad?
A: Yes, you can. They’re not that kind of herbs from Amsterdam.
Q: Do you serve businesses and companies?
A: Yes, we do. We think our blends and the Arte & Zayne experience should be enjoyed by as many people as possible. In any place and on any occasion. So if you think we should talk, let us know! We’re all in for new endeavors. Not so much into reselling opportunities. Yet.
Q: Do you do corporate gifts?
